New Delhi: Transline Technologies Limited, a technology solutions provider specializing in integrated security and surveillance systems, biometric authentication platforms, and AI-powered software products, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), marking the first step towards its proposed Initial Public Offering (Transline Technologies IPO).

The Transline Technologies IPO will be entirely an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 16,191,500 equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each.

The Transline Technologies IPO proceeds will enable the company’s existing shareholders to monetize part of their holdings, with no fresh issue component planned. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited will serve as the sole Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) for the offering.

Transline Technologies derives revenue from multiple streams, including:

  • Project-based system integration contracts
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) subscriptions
  • Sales of hardware and software products
  • Technical services such as annual maintenance and managed support

The company has developed a proprietary portfolio of software products, including:

  • StorePulse – an AI-powered video analytics platform
  • CamStore – a real-time video compression and storage optimization solution
  • CheckCam – a CCTV network health monitoring system

These tools are offered either as standalone cloud-deployed SaaS solutions or integrated into turnkey deployments for clients.

Market Position and Product Portfolio

As per the Frost & Sullivan Report, Transline Technologies is among the prominent players in India’s video surveillance and biometrics sector, with a proven track record in delivering advanced, customized solutions. Its offerings include IP camera integration, CCTV systems, access control systems, and AI-powered video analytics tools.
